Sunday, August 19, 2007 - During Nisei week in Little Tokyo. Los Angeles local tuners gathered to celebrate the event in large numbers showing up for the Nisei tuner car show. Tuners, models and enthusiasts rolled in from all parts of California for this annual tradition.
